McDonald’s is a factory. Same size tomatoes. Predigested meat. Precooked onions if not dehydrated. I grew up in 19cent McDonald’s hamburgers and still love them. But their business model is based on uniformity and mass production.

Well, yeah? I dropped many patties on the griddle, dropped the cover, and then put them into the warming trays, where they usually stayed less than 120 seconds. Depending on what time you go, there may not be anything in the tray, and it needs to cook fresh.

No matter where, I order from the app for pickup when I leave my place. I'm in their slot 4 minutes later.
