The problem with selling shite is that you get fricking retards that come out of the woodwork. You almost have to put a disclaimer and even then, they don't fricking listen. I sold a older truck a few years ago, still worth $6K but I wanted it gone so I posted it for $3,800. I got about 40 messages asking me what's the lowest I'll go. I ended up having to put $3,800 FIRM but people obviously don't read. I scrapped the entire FB post and sold it to someone at my brother's work.
I saw a post for a free camper on For Sale/Wanted and the guy said "Stop asking me fricking questions, it's free. I don't know how much it's worth. IT'S FREE! Just come get the damn thing!"

It is like a bat-signal for them. I had a car for sale with a price that was fair for both the buyer and me. Second call was a nutjob that comes over and makes a ridiculous offer. I told him he was looking at the wrong car for the money he is offering.
He calls back that evening asking if it was still for sale and his offer is the same. Told him it was and the selling price had not changed.
Car is sold the next day for what I was asking and the nutjob calls again asking if I had changed my mind on the price. Told him car was sold and he gets pissed and asks for the new owners contact information. I told him that wasn't going to happen and hung up on him. Told the wife if he shows up at the house, don't wait, call the police.
Yes, they are out there and they seem to be multiplying.

Them: "What's your lowest offer you'll take?"
You: "Um...it's free, man. Just come pick it up"
Them: "Come on guy...you gotta make it worth my drive out there"
