I actually did this in our high school weight room about 30+ years ago when someone left 315 on the bar after squats. Trust me it wasn't high school me doing that much. 3 plates is the magic number to send a bar with nothing on the other side into a vertical position. Luckily only a handful of other players saw me and I didn't get hung with some goofy arse nickname.
