There’s thousands of studies. This is just one library of peer reviewed studies/articles.

So this article has exactly one reference to cancer (the first one to even mention it so far). Here's the quote

There is also a proliferating grey and pseudo-scientific literature suggesting that proximity to wind turbines is causing
a wide range of health issues, from autism to cancer or even death

Has anyone ever figured out why he thinks Windmills cause cancer? Is there some wacko study out there that got dropped on his desk at some point or something? It's still one of the weirdest things I've ever heard.

Mocking from a place of complete ignorance. I have a feeling this isn’t your first time.

Buddy, I just provided the database of studies, I don’t have a position on this and don’t know why this is some big thing to you in response to Trump being the nominee

It’s as much as a mystery as why the poster brought it up in response to my OP

its because the gif you used about killing birds is regarding him talking about wind turbines I believe, it was a funny moment

I love how silly Don can be when everyone takes everything so seriously

Honestly the OP's gif reminded me of Trump's weird stance on wind mills and I was musing as to where it came from.

As far as the actual post's message of him being the Republican nominee, if you were shocked by this, you've had your head in the sand for the last 4 years. It's about as surprising as this morning's sunrise.

Prob form the NIH

quote:

Renewable energy demands have increased the need for new wind farms. In turn, concerns have been raised about potential adverse health effects on nearby residents. A case definition has been proposed to diagnose “Adverse Health Effects in the Environs of Industrial Wind Turbines”

That was the most human moment of Trump's term. It's a shame he didn't show that side of himself more often.

thank you for the link

Conclusion: Greater exposure to wind turbines does not appear to increase cancer incidence. And while the effect of turbine development on cancer incidence varies in non-geographic ways, possibly by cancer type, these findings remain limited by the dearth of biological evidence suggesting any causal effect from wind turbine exposure.
