She is either jumping off a sinking ship or she is going to be laying the ground work for a new prez candidate and future transition team and then get nominated for Sect of State. Same with Rice.
These types just don't up and quit for no reason. Either they are in trouble or they are getting prepped for a new adventure.
2014 Ukraine coup, puts in pro American corrupt pres against EU's wishes, Biden makes millions under Obama and Biden's admin poured gas on the fire in saying they would let Ukraine into NATO and then throw more gas on the fire by shutting down peace talks in 2 months after war started. Nuland likes to stir it up.
