just read barbell prescription by andy baker and do the program. you dont need a special regiment and you dont need to get off the trt. try lowering the dose and split dosing to multiple times per week

what dosing regiment do they have you on?

.85 ml per week. The PSA jumps from 3.2 to 4 and then back again. Last test was 4.1 and the doc stopped the injections until my urologist cleared me. I saw him this morning and did a blood draw for a PSA through his office. I eat pretty clean, no drinking or smoking so the TRT is the only thing that I can figure to be spiking it like that. Although I know PSA generally rises naturally with age.
