Read that stuff is very addictive. Do you feel any withdrawal symptoms when you don't take it?

I can second Kratom, even though my doctor doesn't . There are 3 varieties, red, green, & white. Red is more of a relaxant, green is a good mood boost & a middle-ground between red & white, and white is more energizing.

I don't use it for cognitive benefits, I use it as a relaxant and mood booster. I suppose there is a potential for addiction, as it does work on your opioid receptors, however I'm fine going without it on days I don't use it. I don't find any compulsion like I have to take it, and when I do go without it I notice no withdrawal symptoms. All in all, it's been a great little supplement to take for mood, IMO.

bullshite, you either dont take it much? Or you dont go more than a day to 3 days without it And if you take powder its gonna take a couple days for you to feel the withdrawals. So if you take it alot go a week without it and get back to me.
