WTF are they doing giving Gunnar, a proud Icelander, a surname like “Stahl”

Most Icelandic men’s last names are composed of their father’s name + son (ie if Gunnar has a son it’d be Gunnarson). There are very few exceptions.

And the guy who played Gunnar also played Scooter in D3.

And apparently there’s a pop photographer who uses the name “Gunnar Stahl”
