There is less generational wealth being passed down in the black community. This is not hard to acknowledge for anyone with a smidgen of integrity.

Yeah. When folk’s parents kick it, they take that inheritance and pick up skiing in the late 30s. Or no, they were able to afford tutors in high school so they were able to get that scholarship to college. THATS THE DIFFERENCE!

Skiing isn’t really much more expensive than pretty much any hobby anyway.

I guess AAs are historically excluded from gaming as well. Need that generational wealth to make it realistic to drop 600 dollars on a console, 60 bucks a game, and who knows what on a season pass.

Anyone with an ounce of sense and a smidgen of integrity would realize the likeliest primary reason is one of historical trends rather than something nefarious before dipping in the cliche explanations like “muh institutional racism” or “muh generational wealth.”

Most skiing locations weren’t slave states. So AA population would be far reduced there anyway. Colorado’s AA population is a fraction of the national average for example. And I bet if you isolate for specifically skiing communities and eliminate urban places it’s even more stark.
