LOL, you think that matters. Again, you don't understand how many ways you're being tracked. They know the request came from your phone, the IMEI doesn't change no matter how many VPNs you try to use, or how you clear cookies. You may hit Instagram and have *hundreds* of advertisers building profiles of you and your device on your first hit. Everyone knows who you are.
