No matter what we do about pollution, if you don't stop China, India, Africa, etc. from just wholesale dumping their crap into the rivers and oceans...it's all for naught.

shite, don't stop there. Any underdeveloped country or 3rd world country is like this. Mexico is one of the dirtiest places i've ever seen. Ravines filled with trash, most of it on fire.
