I once watched a loaded Amazon trailer, a 53 footer, sit on the shoulder of the road no more than two miles from a warehouse for at least a week and a half before anyone bothered to come pick it up.
I didn't get through there for three or four days, so I don't know when exactly they did pick it up. It could have very well been two weeks that it sat. I'm surprised no one tried to clean it out, I guess that says something about the area.
