Yea that's a fulfillment center that houses everything popular in that region someone might order. A last-mile facility will stock stuff people order on a more regular basis. Things like normal household items.
I send stuff to FBA and based on what it is I always find it interesting which facility Amazon sends it to. I have stuff in Canada and MX facilities.
