Depends on the financial situation. For a lot of people, this could definitely be expensive. And again, $1000 is at the bottom. More often than not, people are paying way more than that.

Depends on the area…

$1000 in BR is very different from $1000 in NYC, SF, LA, etc.

I’m 2016 I lived in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment for $995 that included cable.

Now that place is $1242 without cable. And this is in an undesirable town. Things are definitely going up.
