Except the House controls the purse. Mike Johnson should tell the Dems that the house will write a clean bill that:
1) Gives some money to Ukraine but it must come out of current spending authorizations outside of the Pentagon and DHS.
2) Requires the cancellation and reversal of every Biden executive order concerning the US Border in 2021 or 2022.

Even if you could magically get the Senate to agree, Biden won't. So what are you accomplishing?
