In my humble opinion, I also think they should renovate and not tear it down. Maybe that's just me being sentimental since I graduated college in that building. I think moving it off campus would be bad for student attendance.

Would need to move the Vollyball Courts and build a new Natatorium and tennis complex, but this could work pretty well IMO:
I can also see this being optimal, especially if a large, scalable arena is built on this site that can handle LSU Basketball + concerts that normally pass the region by:
