Also perk does not have the size to be an every down outside linebacker or pass rusher. Baker will still plan to blitz and rush perk in a variety of different positions in passing situations to maximize his ability.
THIS. Some act like he'll never rush the passer again. He'll be at ILB to make plays. On passing downs he will very likely be moved to an edge position and/or come from the ILB spot creating more chaos. From ILB he will also be positioned as a spy as needed (i.e Milroe) to DROP any running QB. Trust the plan.
