Agreed, not sure why people in this thread act like what is in OP is good. “Thriving” isn’t always the correct word and “huge growth” isn’t always a positive. When Californians and yankees are taking over your towns, it’s never a good thing

They’re flocking there in droves just like Texas to ruin it just like they ruined NY and CA.
