Not a fan of fried seafood except for soft-shell crab on a poboy (fried crawfish and fried oysters are about the worst way to prepare those items IMHO) Fried chicken is good, I admit.

Crackers do not improve HHC or raw oysters. As said above, they're for teaching children how to eat a couple of foods with a weird texture for kids.

Pickles on rice and gravy? NEVER!
