Looks delicious, but I'd have to lose the saltines.
I don't really understand putting things like hogshead cheese or oysters on a cracker. Is it to mask the texture of the food item?

I also like my hogs head cheese with crackers. Meat and cheese go with crackers.

For me it’s kind of like chips and dip. I like the flavor of the food but also want some crunch

My go-to cracker for heads is club crackers.
