I went to Terranova's Supermaarket for some good Italian sausage earlier and couldn't resist getting some of their Hogshead Cheese. So, I'm having that with some saltine crackers and a cold beer.

Super meaty with a nice spice to it!

Oh, and I also picked up one of their stuffed artichokes for later. Mmmmmm.......!!!!!!

Looks delicious, but I'd have to lose the saltines.

I don't really understand putting things like hogshead cheese or oysters on a cracker. Is it to mask the texture of the food item?

Looks good, love that place and that is the Italian sausage MCP uses it on their pizza.

And

Not a charcuterie.

I like it better on the rectangle wafer crackers.
