You don't call what's happening now chaos?

The NCAA didn't want players being paid. It was taken to court, and NIL became a thing. NIL quickly turned into boosters straight up paying people, and the NCAA can't do a damn thing about it.

NCAA wanted one time transfers, the courts struck that down. Now it's a free for all.

Combine both of those things, and you don't call that chaos?

It will now get worse. But it was asked why colleges listen to the NCAA at all. Well because it would be total chaos and that level will turn off millions.

I think that’s kind of his point. The Presidents were loyal to the NCAA because it provided a sense of organization. Without it, we are seeing how bad it is. When the NCAA is eventually destroyed, there is going to need to be something to provide rules and stability.

Tbh, the further and further we go down this road, the better the NCAA looks.
