I think this is a better solution than the girls boycotting. Follow the plot of LadyBallers.

Every girl's team should have a male varsity enforcer or two on standby ready to identify as "Kimberly" for a game if needed.

Yep. Eventually, every girls coach will add about 3 boys (could be brothers of girls on the team) to the roster for these situations. Just let it be known that if you play yours I’ll play mine. I have twins ( boy and girl) now in college. Both played multiple high school sports. My son would have had zero issue having his name on the softball or girls hoops team to defend his sister and his friends.
