There’s nothing inherently wrong with that- to a poorly defined extent. Christianity is a journey- not a destination. Do you ever doubt your doubts? Do you search for answers to your questions? I have been on quite a journey over the past few years. My unsolicited advice- seek and you will find. There’s no question you could ask that hasn’t been answered.
First, you have to answer the question- is there a God? While most convincing arguments are philosophical (the cosmological argument, objective morality, etc) the intelligent design argument, as put forth by Stephen Meyer, is also very compelling. Once you’ve reasonably deduced that there is a God, consider the evidence for the historical Jesus. Then, read Romans. While I admit that there is no silver bullet that kills doubt, the cumulative effect of considering all of the arguments is potentially quite moving. It’s like lifting weights; if you quit, you get weak. I’d be happy to help in any way I can.
