They can only charge what they feel they can prove. She’s dead so there’s no one alive who can say whether she took the drugs willingly or not. What hasn’t been reported is that she had just told someone she was on her way home not long before ending up in this man’s car. It didn’t seem to be part of her plan. But I digress. Sad story.

She had meth, fentanyl, and amphetamine in her system at time of death. Meth is a very interesting drug to give someone you are trying to “drug” for control

It’s extremely sad what happened for the family. Nobody deserves to die and have their body dumped.

I'm willing to gamble she had a history of drug use/abuse of the very drugs in her system.
