Very little I guess. Twitter is and has always been filled with garbage. Since Musk took over, not much has changed. Oh there's sometimes a warning label when it's blatantly a wrong caption and that's about it. A few less bots and way more porn.
Oh and all the people that were quitting Twitter haven't gone anywhere

I thought Twitter was fine before and I don't see much difference. Apparently fewer people get banned.
