The next step is to give them the means and opportunities to off themselves sooner rather than later as the end result is always going to be they kill themselves. Get it done before they decide to take out a bunch of other people like we’ve also seen play out.

Simply cannot fix something so broken as a mind willfully cutting off perfectly functioning body parts.
