Cleaning algae on wood

Looking for advice on how to clean this green algae from underneath my roof on the side of the house ( wood surface ) and also the best method with the height. It doesn’t look bad in the picture but it’s worse in areas not shown on the picture
Basically What products would be ideal that wouldn’t ruin the paint. And what’s best method of reaching that high. Thanks for any advice.

Mix mean green
Dawn and bleach in water
Spray on
Spray/rinse off

I'm a fan of Jomax mixed with some household bleach and water. Spray it on, let it sit a few minutes and wash off.
I like to use my pressure washer, but not close enough to damage wood or paint or you can use one of those small straight stream nozzles you can get from Home Depot or Lowes and they work well too.

Do you have a pressure cleaner that can get to it? The other answers work as well.

Will the bleach mix affect the brick or the grass/plants underneath ?

I've never had an issue with it. You're not mixing in a ton of bleach to begin with.
