Enclosed trailer camper conversion

This might be a long shot, but I bought an enclosed trailer (7x14), that is about 75-80% converted to a camper. I was planning on finishing it this off season, but I’m not a craftsman by any means, and although I’m sure I could get it done, it’ll probably be pretty raggedy. I’d rather pay someone to do it right. So does anybody know anyone that could take on this project? Ideally, I’d like to find an older fella that’s retired and pretty much just needs something to do in his free time and make some side money. The trailer needs the water system finished, the bathroom walls finished and maybe some electrical. So somebody that can do plumbing, carpentry and some electrical. Also, I feel it’s important to note, everything is brand new, so no used shite tank work or anything like that lol
Trying to stay away from a company doing it, because that’s just asking for half arse quality for twice the price these days.

I’d skip the water system. If you want that feature, just find a used pop up.

It already has an onboard water tank, a kitchen sink, a shower and a toilet. I plan on spending a week to 2 weeks at a time in this thing. So I’ll need water.
It just needs a pump hooked up to the system for when it’s being run off the tank instead of a city water hookup, hot water heater installed, shower piped in, and a grey water tank installed with the sink and shower hooked to it.

Didn’t someone on this board convert an enclosed trailer into a camper/camp house a little while ago? I think there was a thread about it and it showed his progress throughout the process.

Was just about to say, you should do it and keep us updated with the build process, love projects like this.

My dad will do it, he is retired and loves doing stuff like this. Here is ours from a few years ago before it was finished out. He also installs home standby generators, gas/electric and all. Not some jackleg. Used to be a union pipefitter and finished his career with Entergy (electrical).

In 2012, we bought a 3 horse trailer with 8' home built LQ, in 2015 we tore it down and made the slant a straight and had a little over 11' of floor plan while still maintaining the toy hauler section. The double fridge has more than enough room for a 2 week trip. It's been our best money spent on traveling by far. I'd just love to have a slide out section so the wife and I could get out of each other's way.
