The whining is strong around here lately. Are some of you really worried that these games won’t have people in the stands? What a weak excuse. If you want to attend then attend. If you don’t I don’t think you’ll be missed.
And there will be lots of upsets because every sport in the history of the world has upsets. D1 football is not special in that regard. I can’t wait to read the excuses around here when a top team’s QB gets Travis’d against a Liberty and lose. The portal has stripped depth so it’s going to be fun.

Well no shite. But please point out somewhere in this thread that it was mentioned that college football upsets are a bad thing. And while you are looking, you might come across the part where I said I was in favor of a 12 team playoff which can be construed to mean....
