I just don’t understand out of all the pressing needs for EBR roads that that stretch of highway was that bad?

That stretch of road was in pretty poor condition. I don't know how poor relative to other areas though.

The concrete that was used had an issue similar to Chinese drywall. You never wondered why there were thousands of patches? Yea, it was that bad.

Nah, it’s good lol. ADT of almost 40k, I’m sure it’ll stay in that tip top shape

As someone who lives in that area and uses that road every day, it was in terrible shape. I'm ok with the inconvenience if I get a better highway out of it.
