I could see a derivation of it in cole slaw
This is exactly what I do and guests seem to love it.
I use this recipe:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

The white sauce works well as a salad dressing too. I could see a derivation of it in cole slaw
Strikes me as the only thing it MIGHT BE useful for.

2.5 tablespoons lemon juice
1.5 tablespoons white vinegar
Pinch of coarse sea salt
1 tablespoons cracked black pepper
Couple dashes of garlic powder
