Ok. I'm done. They win. As a writer and reader and all-around lover of intellectual curiosity and things bigger and better than myself, I am going to stop apologizing for my white supremacy and just start asserting it. I now celebrate my whiteness and challenge the idea that I am not also superior in the "wide range of other ways we communicate with others". My whiteness makes me better at ALL of it.
