probably because its growing as more women are getting more into sports. The resources are there now.
Disparaging womens sports ive never understood. We guys really enjoy watching mens sports, is it so strange that women would enjoy womens sports? Carolina doesnt have a gymnastics team, it doesnt mean I would scoff at Gymnastics being pushed. Someone else may like it
