Same here, even one that involved a friends 10 yr. old who died of a cancerous brain tumor.

I'd not seen the kid when he was sick and it only took a few weeks from diagnosis until he passed. During that time his head and face has puffed up to unreal proportions and seeing that poor kid like that was very unpleasant. I didn't understand the parents decision for an open casket.
