Once they ditch their public sector unions.
Cop unions are the reason for the bad, corrupt cops that get a DUI and then a slap on the wrist because of police unions are a fricking joke.
They need to be held to a higher, more professional standard. But that will never happen with police unions. Police unions exist for "CYA" and to negotiate against taxpayers.
