Nothing to do with crime. This is to allow more traffic tickets and generate revenue through fines. Violent crime prevention does not generate money. See it for what it is.

While I agree that crime is a major issue facing this state, what is the governor supposed to do about it? I find that to be more of a localized problem to solve no matter who is in office

While a lot of fines are too high and bullshite to begin with, I don't really have a problem with it. It's not difficult to avoid getting a traffic ticket.
