The city named a day “Trey Holly Day”, so I highly doubt they’re out to get him. It’s not like they heard about a shooting near his house and said hey, I heard Trey was in town for the weekend, so let’s just put the blame on him.
I hope he’s clear of everything against him, but to make it sound like they’ve been looking for a way to bring him down is a bit much.

Meh, you have to imagine they have witnesses placing him at the scene and ballistics.
My question though is why would he return to BR knowing he would be questioned?

Quit taking shots at the police! Despite what the liberals say, police don't just go around arresting people and charging them with attempted second degree murder because they are bored.
Sick of people thinking it's okay to trash the police, but these same people will be the first ones to call them when something bad happens!
