One of these days I'm going to have to go to Louisiana and try some of thus food you guys rave about.
I've lived in 10 states and have managed to eat well everywhere I've been. But I'm a simple man and can eat beef 365 days a year.
Even Oklahoma has a few decent contributions like a good old onion burger. In the midwest, you can't beat a good BPT sandwich. If you're ever driving I-35 in Ardmore, OK you have to stop at Hamburger Inn. Best burger I've ever had and outstanding breakfast.
