For the most part - yes.

In my travels, only Thailand, Rome, and high end restaurants have impressed.

Otherwise, you generally don’t leave Louisiana to find better food options.

There’s not much that Louisiana does exceptionally well.

Food, Football, and Festivals are the exceptions.
