don't be silly. service dept. money is more important to a dealer than new car money. service wants to keep you coming back and they want good surveys. I generally drive more enthusiast vehicles that aren't always easy to find. If ever questioned by someone I say " well you know how it is with these XXXX, you have to go where they are." This was especially true during covid.
