you can hate that he put himself in this situation, but he decided to go to those apartments with his friends when they all had guns.
He won’t get any sympathy from me & deserves whatever comes his way. He’s on Gordon’s payroll so maybe he gets off, but it ain’t looking good.

Legally. Just like OJ. The outcome of a trial doesn't mean a person did or did not commit a crime.

But still, it is sad when a young person throws their life away.

Sure, he’ll have his day in court. However, the evidence and information that has been released doesn’t bode well for him. The fact that he’s dumb enough to even put himself in this kind of situation is a major problem.

This applies to the courts and his freedom. It does not apply to the general public and opinions.

Correct. But you dont get to ignore the facts that led to the arrest. Shooting an innocent bystander 3x in the back isnt like "robbery gon wrong and self defense"
