I have had shingles twice, both mild.
The jab is two a few weeks apart. The first made me feel really rough so I let the second one go.

So it is a flu shot not a vaccine? I got chickenpox as a kid and had two or three visible chickenpox and the doctor said I had 1000 inside. Not going to inject something else that is not a cure, but a dose.
