we used to do a shared dynasty in our apartment in college, 4 roommates.
We would always create a few 5 star guys to recruit against each other. Unknown to them, I'd make a Punter with absolutely no kicking skills but 90s on everything else, easily recruit him without them knowing, and then I'd switch his position.
