I’d say the common Bermuda represents about half of the yard, and in some places, it’s the only grass growing. Other areas you can see it beginning to establish along with what’s left over of the st Aug and other weeds.
There is some spotty yellowing but not everywhere.

Sounds like you may have a Bermuda lawn by the end of summer. Congrats, and welcome to the club.
I got mine the same way last year. I’ve found pushing it along most enjoyable.
