Pretty easy actually. I buy half a cow from a farmer and put it away. I buy 50lbs of fresh shrimp and put away. So if you want to average that out you could add $100 to $150. Those are one time yearly costs though and not monthly recurring. Chicken and pork are cheap. Bill goes down significantly if you don’t have to purchase proteins and do a little planning.

Also, the bill is significantly less if you shop yourself instead of sending the wife.
