I have AT&T and I have never had an issue. Perhaps it is because you are using an extra T?

AT&T is the only reason I never got a trendy iPhone.

AT&T loves to rob me when it comes to advertising.

Apparently, two half page ads is about $775 per month and a full page, half page, and internet is $810 per month. And if you threaten to just have one box ad, $400 per month.

I liked t-mobile, but there coverage sucked. Alltel is solid though.

My old boss was having this problem as well. He called his dad who had worked for AT&T for 30 years. His dad told him that they do this to see if you will overpay or fight it. If you pay they make more cash and if you fight it they just put more stress on their low paid customer service people. Don't know if I buy this story but figured I'd relay it on...

I never had a problem with them. The one time I made a mistake trying to change my plan and they fixed it right away with one phone call. The reception could be better, though.

We have AT&T for our corporate phones and data and I'm convinced that this might be one of the crappiest telecommunications companies there is. Anyone that takes care of phones/data for a company with AT&T will probably have similar thoughts. "To big for their britches" comes to mind when thinking of how they handle things.
