and they dont advocate for that because in the past the russian that have come over have made good on the american dream for the most part. cant have that.

It's extended to Sunny Isles in Miami as well. If you're there, you have to know Russian or Ukranian when speaking to people. There are a few spots I frequent to practice my (subpar) Russian.
There are a lot of Slavs here in general now, pretty common to hear a slavic language daily.
