I am not a trial attorney but there has got to be some way to jettison the whole case given the malfeasance committed here. This was not a case of prosecutorial error or a lapse in judgement. It is a high profile case being pursued for political reasons in conspiracy with the leading opponent by people who have been openly committing all sorts of ethical violations and criminal acts with reckless abandon.

I don't see how the state can get past the issue of conspiring with the Biden white house. Frankly the WH visitor logs and meeting records of all cabinet officials should be scrutinized for meetings with Alvin Brag and Leticia Jones as well.
