Find the truck you want and be prepared to pay cash. Walk in the dealership and say,
“I have three dealerships on my list. You have the first chance. I’m paying cash. Give me the best you can do on that truck. If I don’t like it I’m walking. You have 30 minutes and one shot.”
After they make their price proposal…walk. Wait for their phone call within the next 30 minutes. Drive back and buy truck or drive to the next dealership and do the same.
You’ll end up with a steal.

The dealership doesn't give a shite if you are paying cash. In many cases that's actually worse for them.
